Snail's lake. Day and night fishing
Snail's Lake is 4 acres of what can only be described as a maze of channels, islands and bays. This Lay out gives every angler plenty of features to fish too in what is a very intimate lake. This year sees the addition of the Tyler's stock into Snail's which included 30 fish 20 x mid to upper doubles 10 x 20s to 28.8, add this to the already impressive Snails stock, this lake now holds 190 fish to 34.4 with 3 other 30s present as well as a growing head of back up twenty pound fish and loads of doubles.
The growth rates have been quite incredible for a fishery situation with many new 20s being caught and a new 30 at the end of 2011, there are a few surprises for this coming year as some of the mid 20 pound fish are sure to shake the 30lb barrier. With 15 swims to choose from and an extra quarter of an acre added to the lake for 2012, Snails now has more open water, more options and more space for each angler.
